At Alarabiya Computer Egypt, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every tech purchase. Customers can return or exchange electronic products within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, sealed packaging and accompanied by the invoice.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our customer support team via phone or email with your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging to begin the verification process.

  Verification and Approval

  Our technical team will review your request to ensure it meets our warranty and return criteria, typically providing an approval status within 24 to 48 hours.

  Product Collection

  Once approved, we will schedule a courier to pick up the item from your address, or you may visit one of our authorized service centers in Egypt for a manual drop-off.

  Refund or Replacement

  After the returned unit passes a physical inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement unit immediately.
